1) What time will my delivery arrive?

All orders are delivered on date selected before 5pm on the date selected. There are some exceptions to this but all orders are generally delivered by 5pm. Residential addresses may be delivered after 6pm.

Same day deliveries (ordered over the phone) to business addresses should arrive by 5pm.

2) What areas do you deliver to?

We currently delivery Sydney wide

3) What happens if the recipient isn't home?

If the recipient isn’t at home, a few things will happen:

The courier will leave the goods at the front or back door if the recipient isn't home and if there is a safe place to do so.

If the driver is unable to leave the package, the box will be sent back to us and a re-delivery can occur for an additional fee.

If we are unable to deliver to the address, the order is returned to base. We can redeliver the order at a charge of 50% of the original order cost plus the additional delivery charge.

4) What happens if I provide you the wrong address?

If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake.

If we are unable to re-deliver on the same day then you will need to purchase a new box and delivery.

5) How much does re-delivery cost?

50% of the original order cost plus the additional delivery charge.

6) Can you deliver to an apartment/complex?

Yes we do deliver to apartments and units. Please clearly note the unit number when placing the order. Please ensure that the recipient is home to accept the delivery. If the building is secured, and the driver cannot get in, then the cake will be returned to us and there will be a redelivery fee plus 50% cost of the box charged.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

7) Do you deliver on weekends?

We deliver on Saturday's (Sydney only).

8) When should I eat the cake?

All cakes are baked daily. For the best taste and quality, cakes should be eaten on the day of delivery.

If you are unsure on how to store your cake, please email us and we will advise.

9) Do your cakes contain nuts or traces of nuts?

YES. We use nuts in almost everything we do. We cannot guarantee that a product will not come in contact with nuts. Please contact us to discuss any food allergies or intolerance's before making an order

10) When is the latest possible time I can order for next day?

Our cut off is 12 midnight Sydney EST time the day prior to delivery for Sydney.

11) Do you customise your cakes?

Our little chefs have spent months perfecting each cake. We can only discuss customisation for orders over 10 cakes. Email us at: info@kayterco.com.au

12) What if I want to cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled prior to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded.

13) What if I need to request a delivery time?

Due to the volume of orders being shipped, unfortunately this is not an option.

14) How can I track my order?

Sure can. You will receive tracking details via email and/or sms.

15) How much is delivery?
